Our mission is to inspire people of all ages to harness the power of free movement and dance, reigniting the joy of being alive. We strive to create a welcoming space where individuals can step outside, move freely, and connect with the beauty of the natural world. Our classes are designed to release daily stress, promoting physical well-being through increased activity and flexibility. As participants let go of their inhibitions and move to the rhythm of life, they unlock the healing potential of dance, discovering solace, rejuvenation, and a profound sense of inner peace. Join us in embracing the freedom of movement and let life's burdens melt away on the dance floor.

Beyond just the groove, here's some background
For 30 years, I've been involved in the fitness industry, teaching a wide range of classes like Yoga, circuits, Body Pump, Over 50’s, Slide, and Body Conditioning. My experience spans working in gyms, being a personal trainer, running a 'Food For Life' course for many years, managing a running club, and training as a masseuse.
In 2020, I became a Groove facilitator. After Covid, I decided to take Groove outdoors to help people reconnect, enjoy the outdoors, and enhance their mental and physical well-being.
I am passionate about my work and the wonderful people I've met over the years. I particularly love Groove and look forward to many more years of outdoor dancing and moving with our stunning sea views. I am a proud member of The World Groove Movement, Groove UK and Fitness Professionals.
